Shipping Policy
Orders over $50.00 ship for free, otherwise $5 for domestic and $20 for International. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on physical products due to the customization of items. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, do reach out and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
If you have issues with your cart or billing, please reach us at billing@thepurplecottage.com PRIOR to opening a case with PayPal or Wix payments.
If your issue with billing and/or your cart is during a sale, we will honor the sale price after the sale if you cannot complete your purchase (note that we can see on the back end if you tried to pay). Due to PayPal’s new guidelines for business owners, if you open a case with PayPal prior to contacting us for resolution and/or refund, this may result in loss of your ability to order from us. I know this seems harsh, but PayPal has become very strict.
If you have messaged and are NOT receiving a response by the next business day (Mon-Fri), please use the “chat tool” on the home page of the website and reach out to us that way as there have been instances that messages do not come through via email to our Wix manager.
We make every effort to be as communicative as possible and address any and all questions.
If you order and change your mind, we will refund you IF we have NOT casted your order or already performed your reading! All other refunds are on a case-to-case basis.
